Is educational infrastructure counted in the reference to 'Community facilities and services', it could be clarified e.g. including education infrastructure, where Education infrastructure includes that for Early years, Primary & secondary education as well as special education, this could just be referenced somewhere i.e. the meaning of Education infrastructure.
