Infrastructure
The Local Plan places great emphasis on the infrastructure and community facilities that must accompany housing growth. However the only tools identified for raising the funds to do this are s106 agreements and CIL. As the new development within CEDA has already been deemed free of CIL, how are these huge infrastructure needs expected to be met? * The local Speedwatch team volunteer their time to reduce speeding in the villages, but there is no provision of back-up by the police force.
