The last sentence states that Residential uses
have been suggested as an alternative cross
funding mechanism. This suggestion had not
been put forward by the Landowner and
Developer as they sought to encourage cross
funding from other employment generating
uses. However if the Local Planning Authority
are encouraging a form of cross funding it
should be as flexible as possible and include a
wide range of uses such as those approved by
the LDO at Nexus 25 in Taunton.

Preferred options consultation - Comments
I wish to submit my comments on the Local Plan review 2016-2036 consultation document, as a resident of Thorne Coffin, primarily to object to the YV2 proposal for additional housing close to Thorne Coffin.
However, before providing detailed objections I wish to comment on the broader policy issues.
