Reference to "Policy ILMI/4" is a little confusing
as there is no such Policy in either the adopted
LP or the LPR (this is intended perhaps to refer
to Allocation ILMI/4. It is suspected this
reference is to the "allocation" in the LP
adopted 2015
It is important that proposed Policy IM3 makes it
clear that the purpose of the allocation is to
enable the provision of other land at Station
Road under policy EP1 and that a mechanism for
cross‐subsidy is secured.

The Policy is supported in principle but should
acknowledge that there are a wide range of

The Local Plan Review includes a significant number of allocations, including those that will have a direct and indirect impact on the significance of national, known and unknown, designated and undesignated heritage assets.
The text for many of the places in South Somerset refers to the quality of the

1.I must point out errors relating to the assumed boundaries of Yeovil.
The Preferred Options document, para 6.27 covers proposed housing west of Bunford Hollow, and this is illustrated on Appendix 2, page 9 - the maps of Yeovil.
The area described, shown as YV9 - and also the adjacent employment area EP1 - are not in Yeovil. They are located in the parish of West Coker.
2. I also wish to heartily endorse the analysis of housing need submitted here by David King. Similar points were made when
