Reference to "Policy ILMI/4" is a little confusing as there is no such Policy in either the adopted LP or the LPR (this is intended perhaps to refer to Allocation ILMI/4. It is suspected this reference is to the "allocation" in the LP adopted 2015 It is important that proposed Policy IM3 makes it clear that the purpose of the allocation is to enable the provision of other land at Station Road under policy EP1 and that a mechanism for cross‐subsidy is secured.

The Policy is supported in principle but should acknowledge that there are a wide range of employment generating uses which may be suitable for these sites.
