4.1 Our client owns two sites at Yeovilton (see attached location plan). Site A is circa 12.6 hectares and site B circa 6.2 hectares. 4.2 The Council's Employment Land Notes that "only land submitted through the HELAA is being used to establish "available" land for Rest of District as, by their nature, many of these sites sit in open countryside".
