KP are in agreement with paragraph I 0.36 which states that the enhancement of existing employment areas offers an opportunity to make positive improvements. Policy EP3 details how the enhancement of existing employment areas should be of a scale and natu re commensurate with the surrounding area and does not compromise the nearby Town Centres.
