Our client owns two sites at Yeovilton (see attached location plan). Site A is circa 12.6 hectares and site B circa 6.2 hectares. 4.2 The Council's Employment Land Notes that "only land submitted through the HELAA is being used to establish "available" land for Rest of District as, by their nature, many of these sites sit in open countryside". Whilst neither site has been submitted to the Council's HELAA process, our client is in the process of doing this, to illustrate that both sites are

POLICY RD 1-5 RURAL DEVELOPMENT; POLICY EP8 - NEW AND ENHANCED TOURISM FACILITIES Additional parking space for businesses in rural areas (10.37) should be tested against opportunities to improve car sharing, public transport or active travel, or flexible working, similar to the tests applied to tourist development (10.66).
