The restriction of accommodation to holiday uses only is overly restrictive and does not support the viability of tourism provision. As an alternative a policy has been adopted by ENPA (Exmoor National Park Authority) Policy HC‐D13 which allows the property to switch between holiday accommodation and affordable housing, hence boosting the supply of affordable accommodation in rural areas
