REPRESENTATIONS TO THE SOUTH SOMERSET LOCAL PLAN REVIEW 2016-2036
PREFERRED OPTIONS CONSULTATION
We have been instructed by our client Paul Phillips to submit representations on his behalf to the above
consultation. Our client has interests in Wincanton to the south of the A303 as shown on the plan
attached; the land already benefits from a planning permission for an anaerobic digestion plant. Now
is the time to consider the merits of an alternative use. The following representations make commen

70% of yellow will buy houses but there will be nowhere near enough employment in the blue part. Therefore most houses will be commuting to work. Where will they keep their cars if there is no free parking? Current residents should be considered before these plans are put into place.
