All of the new housing seems to be at the north of Bruton with over 160 houses possibly being built (Cubis, South of Brewham Road & this development). All cars will have to navigate Quaperlake Street which is hard at the best of times. It was not built for the amount of traffic that will be going through.
The field is often waterlogged and flooded & building 60 houses at the bottom of it is likely cause even more flooding.
Parking is often impossible without the new Cubis housing being inhabit

I am against this development because:
1. Access to this site either from the Brewham Road or Brue Avenue is unacceptable. The roads are two narrow/not built for that level of traffic on Brue Avenue and totally impractical on the Brewham road due to dangerous traffic flows.
2. The infrastructure of Bruton is already under strain (parking/doctors surgery etc) and this level of housing will only exacerbate the problem.
3. There is a flooding
