With regard to provision of Affordable Housing, this is an important tool in maintaining the social integrity of any settlement. I am surprised that to date, no schemes such as Self Build/Part Self Build (such schemes exist in some Devon villages) or Community Land Trusts (as have been successfully utilised in Buckland Newton, Dorset) have been suggested as methods for meeting the needs of local people needing affordable local housing and for local businesses to benefit from the opportunity to g

MP has had considerable over the last few years.
* School is struggling with space
* GP surgery likewise
* Traffic - A30 is a death trap!
* Farming vehicles/heavy goods vehicles & cars
* Investment in infrastructure prior to developments
* Over development in this area
* Saturated by in filling
* Relocate to one of the sites identified - e.g Wheethill/Station rd Would allow for expansion of school off road/safe drop off for children, Central to village backing on to village hall
