The 2006-2028 Local Plan Table 2, Settlement Hierarchy and Scale of Housing
Growth still has Ilchester down for 140 houses. It is assumed that this number satisfies
planning policies, in particular, Policy SD1 Sustainable Development, Policy SS1 Settlement Strategy, Policy SS6 Infrastructure Delivery and Policy TA5 Transport Impact.
