| Comment | Paragraphs 1.24 to 1.27 refer to the Duty to Cooperate and Statements of Common Ground. Paragraph 1.26 should refer to Somerset County Councils as their planning duties could impact upon the development (as minerals and waste authority there will be implications on the South Somerset Local Plan).
