Thank you for your email of 19th March regarding the submission of Proposed Main Modifications.  The Cranborne Chase and West Wiltshire Downs AONB has been established under the 1949 National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act to conserve and enhance the outstanding natural beauty of this area which straddles three County, one Unitary and five District councils. It is clear from the Act, subsequent government sponsored reports,  and  the  Countryside  and  Rights  of  Way  Act  2000  that

Dear Sir/Madam   I note that the proposed examination is likely to commence on the 10th of June.  I have a three day inquiry commencing on the 10th and would like to be able to attend the examination, specifically in respect of growth at Wincanton.  I would be grateful if this can be accommodated in the programme.   Regards   Neal Jillings BSc(Hons) MA MRTPI   Director - Jillings Hutton Planning

Dear Sir / Madam   I appreciate that the consultation period for your Main Modifications has concluded but I felt it would be helpful to advise that from an East Devon District Council perspective  I would identify no  issues in the modifications that would be of direct concern or relevance to this Council or its operations or area of jurisdiction/responsibilities.    I would therefore conclude that there are no cross-boundary matters that I would have wanted to comment on and I welcome the

LATE REPRESENTATION Modified Policy YV2 - Proposed Up Mudford/Primrose Lane Development With further reference to our letter of 19'h December 2013. At our Parish Council Meeting our original concerns over this development were further discussed due to recent developments. The recent floods have caused chaos locally with impassable roads and flooded properties causing misery to many. This is apart from the huge problems of the Somerset Levels. The Councillors feel that a development of this s

LATE REPRESENTATION The Council wishes to re-iterate the objections the Council made in 2010 in regard to development at Canal Way as follows a) the threat of the incorporation of Donyatt into 'greater Ilminster' b) the unsuitability of Park Lane as a "rat run" if connected to any new development to the south west of Ilminster The Council would also like to comment that vehicles are using the Ilminster to Chard Cycle Path at present as a means to access Donyatt and Chard. This is likely to b

I fully agree with the District Council decision to remove Shudrick Valley as the preferred option. The Road is there, so is the surgery and the land is flat less disruption all round.

LATE REPRESENTATION I am writing to support the development plan of canal way. I have read the reports and believe that Shrudrick Valey should be removed as the preferred option.  The development of canal way is the most sustainable area for development.
