Loss of prime arable land Grade I agricultural land Along with tourism is Somerset's prime capital.  SSDC, by pursuing its plan to build on it, will destroy irrevocably, in one swoop,. both of these priceless assets.   Human capital does not need to be housed on grade I agricultural land which should be preserved to feed generations to come.
