Wincanton has had virtually the whole of the housing allocation front loaded which has caused documented problems as the town grew too quickly with no plans in place for additional employment therefore the inspectors understanding is welcomed, it is accepted that by about 2022 it is reasonable to re-examine the housing requirements for the town.
