I refer to previous comments regarding the Habitat Regulations Appropriate Assessments in relation to the Somerset Levels and Moors SPA and Bracket's Copse SAC in my letter dated 10th and 31st May 2012 and note that the advice has been incorporated into the relevant policies. I therefore consider on the basis of the information and policies that Natural England has been consulted on, the Core Strategy is in compliance with the Habitat Regulations Assessment.
