There are three pieces of Land which should be noted as potential Development sites (if this is the way of putting it) Firstly – the existing one – Site off of Stoke Road, Martock NG 2600/2692 Secondly site at Triways Martock. We are instructed by the Cobden family who own the land south of Coat Road and north of Hills Lane (track) edged red on the attached plan 0158/72877. For the Local Plan to be consistent with national Policy and effective it must be very clear in relation to the provision of open market housing to meet the general need identified and then formally allocate land to meet the identified need for housing in Rural Centres via positive and specific policies.
