For the reasons set out in this submission I am of the view that the Local Plan fails the NPPF tests of soundness. Sustainability Report 1. Many significant issues fall out of the 593 pages of the report and appraisals which are impossible to address fully here. Issues about the Sustainability Appraisal. I object to the conclusions drawn from the sustainability appraisal because I believe that facts have been omitted, while others have been emphasized which has skewed the evidence so that East Coker Keyford seems to be the most suitable area for an urban extension. In section 5.32 point 7- it seems perverse to state that there is more developer interest to the south than to the north (which is an area that S.S.D.C.itse1f delineated)when the area aroun
