The document has not taken into account any references to wildlife surveys in Shudrick Valley by appropriate organisations.

What changes do you suggest to make the DPD legally compliant or sound? Please publish the attached document from the Joint County Recorder for Bats for general consultation and update appropriately the Sustainability Appraisal Report. In Option 1 (South East) there is as a colony of Brown Long-Eared bats is resident in Townsend and, amongst other wild life species "a reasonable possibility of Hazel Dormice in Pretwood Copse and the mature treelines and hedgerows connecting to it".
