4.80 “Communities aspirations” where is the evidence to support that this reflects the level of growth the community of South Somerset aspires to? Until this point, every reference as been to the Council's aspirations. Evidence based and justified growth is the only measure applicable to a sound local plan.

What changes do you suggest to make the DPD legally compliant or sound? Base on sound upto date evidence only. Communities aspirations (not the Council's) can be used as a guide for further small adjustments.
