Comment | I am writing to you raise my concerns with the proposed developments in the area specifically the site to the west of Newtown Road. One of my concerns is that any form of development on this site would ruin the natural beauty of the levels and destroy the views. Also, if the proposal was passed this would, in my opinion, lead to an increase in the levels of traffic on an already busy and dangerous stretch of road. My preference and suggestion is for the land behind Old Kelways and on the Somerton Road to be responsibly developed along with the land behind the war memorial in Huish as already suggested by the Parish Council. I also feel that we must keep the field adjacent to the cricket pitch as a green area for future sporting development. |
What changes do you suggest to make the DPD legally compliant or sound? | |
