If you have responded that the DPD is unsound, Do you consider the DPD is unsound because it is: | |
Comment | The uniqueness of the town within the District , its form, history and quality of development, especially of the Conservation Area, is emphasised in the adopted Conservation Area Appraisal. This should dictate the quality of future develop-ment, of whatever type, in tandem with the topography of proposed locations within the Area of Special Landscape. Finally I observe that Bruton is a small enough place to make it necessary for all aspects of Planning to need to be considered in an integrated way, and that a Town Plan has become necessary as a Supplementary Document to the District Plan. However, the first phase would need to be siting the Surgery and development of the County Council Fields, if that has not been achieved before the Adoption of the Local Plan |
