Our Client supports the economic-led Local Plan strategy of seeking to align jobs growth potential of each settlement over the Plan period with housing need. This approach is appropriate in delivering sustainable and self-contained communities which reflects the Vision and strategic objectives of the emerging Local Plan.

Whilst Redrow Homes strongly support the above economic-led approach, our Client objects to the Council's economic aspirations having not been fully translated into the housing requirement as set out in draft Policy SS4 which is the subject of representations under separate cover.
