Do you consider the DPD is Legally Compliant?
Do you consider the DPD is Sound?
If you have responded that the DPD is unsound, Do you consider the DPD is unsound because it is:

Employment projection/Innovation Centre

The SSDC in their Local Plan believe than can attract 2,500 jobs to the area. Their current record to date would substantiate this claim.

At the full council meeting the Yeovil Innovation Centre (SSDC run) was held up a shinning example of how the SSDC attract and support business in the area.

The Innovation Centre has been open 3 years and at this point in time employs 111. At this rate it will take over 37 years to create 2,500 jobs. Plus approximately 50% of the jobs within the Innovation Centre are not new this would take us to 74 years.

I would also point out that despite a number of FOI questions it would appear that the SSDC does not know if the Innovation Centre runs at a profit or a loss!!!

What changes do you suggest to make the DPD legally compliant or sound?
If your representation is seeking a change, do you consider it necessary to participate at the oral part of the examination?
If you wish to participate at the oral part of the examination, please outline why you consider this to be necessary:
