Do you consider the DPD is Legally Compliant?
Do you consider the DPD is Sound?
If you have responded that the DPD is unsound, Do you consider the DPD is unsound because it is:

Government Wellbeing Policy

The Government have recently published a policy document that highlights the importance of of wellbeing within the community. Headed by Sir Gus O'Donnell which aims to promote Wellbeing at the heart of supporting a better life for its citizens and helping to build resilient communities.

An Urban Extension in the centre of East Coker civil parish would destroy this community and would be in direct competition to this policy.

In addition on national television in direct response to a question about East Coker the Prime Minister said that he did not want to see 2,500 houses PLONKED into a village. The Urban Extension would do exactly that, plonk a massive house estate into this rural community.

What changes do you suggest to make the DPD legally compliant or sound?
