The table Figure 6.1, identifies that there are 24.76 hectares of land for economic development which is available but not yet started, this exceeds the new policy SS3 requirement in this LPR of 24 hectares for Yeovil. This highlights the importance of increasing the quantum of employment land allocated to Yeovil in SS3 Whilst Motivo may appear successful there are long term office space vacancies at Bartec 4(lynx), Brunel House (Houndstone), Maltravers House and Waterloo House (Town
