I'd like to focus on what makes this area so attractive for its residents and visitors to the area:
the current Local Plan document on P22 refers to the agricultural backdrop of South Somerset, yet then proceeds to recommend even more residential development of several BMV (Best & Most Versatile agricultural land) around CC&A! I am a resident on the Well Farm Development, which is now Almsford Close. The Almsford Close junction is on the outside of a bend in Station Road. The junction suffers from restricted sight lines. Turning right either into or out of Ansford Close is risky because oncoming traffic cannot be seen until the last minute. The problem is made worse by the apparent disregard for the 30 mph speed limit.
