Soundness Issue 3: Delivering New Employment Land 1.6. The Inspector's preliminary findings in paragraph 56 note that the local planning authority has accepted that that the employment land provision of 5ha for Wincanton "is not properly evidenced". We concur and are unsure how the major modifications, without updated evidence, go any way towards addressing the Inspector's concerns in this regard. Reference is made to having a permissive approach until further policy documents are prepared, but
